Once approved, both agent and homeowner sign the Pay-at-Close Agreement, outlining the timeline, scope, and costs.
Before construction begins, we hold a Pre-Walkthrough with the homeowner, subcontractors, agent, and project manager to finalize details like materials, schedules, and expectations.
Renovations begin! We provide weekly progress updates to keep everyone informed.
After construction wraps, we schedule a Post-Walkthrough to ensure all work is completed according to plan, and if there are any items we missed or corrective work needed, we address them promptly.
We issue an official Certificate of Completion confirming all renovations are done.

In most cases, no. Sproost+ serves as the general contractor and works with a network of vetted in-house vendors to manage labor and ensure quality (many of these contractors are featured on our website). Outside contractors must meet strict requirements, including verified insurance, proper licensing, and workmanship standards, before they can be approved to work on our Renovate-to-Sell projects. That said, we are happy to interview any recommended contractors. Our long-term vision is to create a marketplace connecting homeowners, agents, and contractors, while we handle financing and project management—but for now, we provide a single-source solution for all pre-sale renovations.
If a homeowner no longer wants to sell, we are happy to provide HELOC, cash-out refinance, and home improvement loans if they choose to finance the work we will complete prior to construction. Also, the customers may pay cash or elect to go with their own financing.
It’s all a collective effort! Sproost+ takes all suggestions from either the Realtor and/or the homeowner. However, Sproost+ has the final design decision that we feel will help the client sell the property the fastest and for the most profit. In addition, we have preferred pricing from our vendors when selecting materials so that we are able to provide affordable renovation and design solutions.

Yes! Each estimate is itemized and we bundle all the work together to provide you the best offer when we do all the work. however, we itemize each repair or renovation if you only want certain services. IF paying upfront, a 10% discount is applied to the estimate.
